PLATTENBAU

Plattenbau explores the interplay between
old and new technology,
focusing on the use of
AI in music production.
The project asks whether
AI-generated music gains value
when released on vinyl.
Participants created their own tracks,
which were then remixed by AI.
Each side of the record
features an original piece
that transitions seamlessly
into its AI remix
—an experiment in
human creativity
versus
algorithmic imitation.
